Fourteen days to find the work only you can do, and hand off or kill the rest.

You are the most expensive project manager in your company.

Look at last week. How many hours went on things a good number two could have done? How many decisions routed through you because that is the habit, not because they needed you?

Most founders I work with spend four days out of five on work that does not need a founder. They know it. They also can't see a way out, because the calendar is full and the team still expects full access.

This sprint gives you the way out. One email a day for 14 days. Each one takes ten to twenty minutes. By the end you have a written list of what only you can do, what you hand off this month, and what you stop doing altogether.

What happens over the 14 days

Days 1 to 4: see it. You answer the question every founder avoids: what would happen if you disappeared for a month? Then you run the 3-Column Audit on your calendar: only me, someone else, nobody.

Days 5 to 9: sort it. Buffett's 25/5 rule applied to your week. The CEO Time Tracker. The one thing you are avoiding that only you can do.

Days 10 to 14: decide. The Delegation Decision Tree tells you, for each task, hand off, systemise or kill. If you could only work four hours this week, what would they be? You end with a one-page Focus Manifesto you can show your team.

Three worksheets come with it: the 3-Column Audit, the CEO Time Tracker, and the Delegation Decision Tree. They are PDFs. You keep them.

This is for you if

You lead a company of 20 to 400 people and your week is mostly sales, people and product conversations. Escalations come to you by default. You have a trusted number two who could carry more if you let them.

It is not for you if you are pre-revenue with no team yet. There is nothing to delegate.

"Our time together enabled me to focus on what is truly important, support those around me in more meaningful ways and focus my energy more effectively."

Who is writing the emails

I'm Peter Sorgenfrei. I built six companies over 15 years. In 2019 I stopped listening to my body. In February 2020 it stopped for me: six weeks in bed, twelve weeks out, and the board let me go while I was still down.

I rebuilt from there. Since 2020 I have coached 67 founders and CEOs across 13 countries, from Copenhagen. My book, The Whole Human Leader, is out now with Wiley.

These sprints are the same thinking I use with 1:1 clients, cut down to the part you can do on your own in fourteen mornings. A Whole Human Baseline with me is €1,700. This is $47.

The details

Fourteen emails, one a day, starting the morning after you buy. Each takes ten to twenty minutes. Three worksheets as PDFs, yours to keep. Reply to any email and it reaches me, not a support queue.

$47, once.

Questions people ask

Is this a course? No. It is fourteen emails and three worksheets. No login, no video, no community. The work happens in your calendar and your notebook.

How much time does it take? Ten to twenty minutes a day. A couple of the days ask for a longer sitting, about an hour, and they tell you in advance.

Can I do it with my co-founder or my number two? Yes. Forward the emails.

Do I get the emails all at once? No. One a day, on purpose. The gap is where the thinking happens.

What if I want more than emails? Write to me at the end of the sprint. That is usually where the 1:1 conversation starts.
